Shipping and Payment

1) Our guarantee: We are going to ship your Kombucha and Kefir starter kit(s) via DHL no later than 3 workdays right after we have received your payment. In order to keep delivery time as short as possible, we do not ship directly ahead of weekends or before official holidays. All our cultures will be carefully packed for you just right in time at the date of dispatch. This additional effort guarantees for your culture being sealed no longer than absolutely necessary. Expiration date of the sealed delivery is 12 days from the date of shipment.

2) Orders from Germany: We offer Amazon Payments, Klarna Pay now, credit card, PayPal or prepayment (bank transfer). Fixed shipping charge within Germany is 6.90 €. Free shipping for all orders more than 75 €. 

3) Orders from outside Germany: We offer Amazon Payments, Klarna Pay now, credit card, PayPal or prepayment (bank transfer). A shipping charge of 8.90 € applies for deliveries of single cultures, and 14.90 € for larger shipments including glasses, accessories, etc. Free shipping for all orders more than 150 €. 

4) All costs incurred will be clearly shown in our shop before you place an order. Before checkout, you will get a full breakdown of all costs of your order. All prices are final prices incl. all taxes from the Federal Republic of Germany, additional shipping fees may apply respectively as stated in points 2) and 3).
